Dr. Sina Sajed

Dr. Sina Sajed completed his family medicine residency at Queen’s University in 2008 and holds a Certificate of Added Competency in the Care of the Elderly. He developed an interest in ADHD after his eldest son’s diagnosis with ASD and ADHD and trained with UKAAN to enhance his expertise in adult ADHD. In 2016, he founded the Courtice/Oshawa Adult ADHD Clinic and has since diagnosed and managed hundreds of adults with ADHD and mental health challenges. He also consults at the Toronto Memory Program and Courtice MINT Memory Clinic, with a particular focus on older adults with ADHD. Dr. Sajed continues to train Queen’s residents in diagnosing and managing ADHD and other mental health conditions.

Dr. Ruby Yang

Dr. Ruby Yang completed her medical degree at the University of Ottawa and her family medicine residency at Queen’s University. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Health from McMaster University and has a GPP-focused designation in Psychotherapy. Passionate about adult ADHD, mental health, and medical education, Dr. Yang has been an integral part of both the previous Adult ADHD Clinic in Courtice/Oshawa and now the Focus and Function Clinic in Pickering. She also serves as the Clinical Skills Course Director for the Year 1 Queen’s University Lakeridge MD Family Medicine Program, mentoring medical students and residents in ADHD assessment and management.

Dr. Ethan Weiss

Dr. Ethan Weiss is a practicing family physician with special interests in mental health care, ADHD, geriatric medicine, palliative care, and medical education. A graduate of McMaster University’s medical school and the Durham Family Medicine residency program at Queen’s University, Dr. Weiss regularly mentors Queen’s University residents, sharing his expertise in comprehensive mental health care. Dr. Weiss was also previously closely involved with the Courtice/Oshawa Adult ADHD clinic. In his free time, he is a fan of finding new trails to hike.

Dr. Albert Gheorghita

Dr. Gheorghita is a physician specializing in Adult ADHD at Focus and Function Clinic, with a strong passion for mental health and the wellbeing of adults living with ADHD. He completed his medical degree and family medicine residency at the University of Toronto, focusing his training on mental health. With a background in radiation sciences and experience as a radiographer in Sunnybrook Hospital’s trauma and emergency department, he also holds a master’s degree exploring chronic pain and the opioid crisis.

Dr. Jatinderpreet (JP) Singh

Dr. JP Singh is a family physician with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing ADHD in teens and adults. An assistant professor with the Faculty of Medicine and Department of Family Medicine at Queen’s University, he is dedicated to teaching medical students and residents about ADHD assessment and management. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and playing sports, including ice hockey and basketball.

Dr. Ronny Tse

Dr. Ronny Tse is a recent graduate of the Queen’s Durham Family Medicine residency program, completing most of his training in the Durham region. He earned his undergraduate degree at McMaster University and his medical degree at Western University. Dr. Tse practices office-based primary care, long-term care, and retirement home medicine, with professional interests in geriatric medicine and adult mental health, including the management of mood disorders and ADHD.

Dr. Daniel Nagel

Dr. Daniel Nagel has worked as a family physician for 27 years and brings years of experience in diagnosing and managing late teens and adults with ADHD. He is an active member of CADDRA and has trained internationally (UKAAN) in this specialty field. He is also an associate professor at Queen’s University Faculty of Medicine and currently teaches family medicine residents in assessment and treatment of ADHD at Durham College.
